Secluded from the truth

A MANS POINT OF VIEW
Why does she not recognize that I am who I am?
It is as if I am condemn
Condemn because I was born opposite than she
Lord please help her see!
I am just another personality
She needs to know that I am tired of this brutality
I won't deceive her
I want to prize her
It's more mental than physical
And like the poets of the 17th century I am metaphysical
I wish I could convince
And one day will be crowned prince
And she will see the genuine me
The man my mom raised me to be
